We work on a Q1-Q4 work flow
Q1 is January, February, and March, Q2 is April, May, and June,
Q3 is July, August, and September, Q4 is October, November, and December.
In each Quarte we “try” to get Three productions in the can: old film term for shot film that ended up in a film can after it came back from the lab.
Each film will move on to edit in the next quarter.
*No Budget is a film made for under $10,000

Why I don’t work with anyone under 18 years of age? Please read the NYS
laws on child actors to learn more. The link is in the comments. If, in the
future, I worked with anyone under the age of 18, then I would use a talent agency
Most of my Projects are Documentaries
For this project, we’re offering a cash stipend. You’ll also receive an IMDB Credit on the Film page, a DVD of the Finished production, an 11 X 17 poster of the Film Promo with your name on a Credit Line, an invitation to the premiere party for you and a friend, a Red Carpet Photo for your use on Facebook or social media, a Certificate of thanks suitable for framing, and multiple shots during Filming / Stills forwarded to you; ideal for FB / IG / X / Linked in Posts (about 3-5). You may even bring one or two friends to the Shoot. Please note all participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Why I don’t work with anyone under 18 years of age? Please read the NYS laws on child actors to learn more. The link is in the comments. If, in the future, I worked with anyone under the age of 18, then I would use a talent agency (3rd Party) to handle the contract. Yes, exceptions exist for museums and schools. It does not work for my time and my insurance coverage. Also, the people I work with get producer status on many projects—consulting producer or associate producer status. That does not work for anyone under
18. I also only work with someone who can legally make a contract, work for hire in the USA, or sign a release on their own behalf.
In my past conversations with NYS, I could not hire my child at the time because he was underage (that was many years ago). I could have done a workaround, but that’s beyond the scope of this post. If you send a request,
remember that I submit my productions to a national market with a distributor. If you are on camera, you will be seen or potentially seen on a worldwide platform.
All my paperwork must be in order, or my productions would be rejected. I will need documentation from anyone working with my productions. Typically, documentaries do not pay for interviews. It is considered unethical. I do offer some stipends (from time to time) to cover the time of the person involved.
